Process evaluation

This type of evaluation is sometimes also referred to as performance analysis. It examines the practical implementation and the actual conditions under which programmes, projects, measures or services were implemented, by systematically categorising and analysing the entire process. Furthermore special methods are provided to analyse and improve internal and external co-operation.

Time: during the implementation (life cycle) of the programme, project, measure or service
